British and Malayan Trustees announced the resignation of Siew Kah Lian as acting chief executive officer.
Ms Siew, 43, was responsible for the Company's general operation, overall business operations and administration of the company, according to a British and Malayan Trustees report.
She was appointed to the post 7 June 2013.
