According to ERA Realty, the recent sale marked the highest transaction recorded for the condominium.
 
Previously, the record price for 3-bedroom units in the residential project was $9.60M. 
 
Tomlinson Heights is a freehold property located in prime District 10, within proximity to Orchard Road.
