ERA Realty forms a new division specialising in luxury residential market
The division is called Luxury Homes.
Real estate agency, ERA Realty, has formed Luxury Homes, a new division that will focus on marketing Good Class Bungalows (GCBs).
Douglas Wong and Gladys Foo will serve as senior director, and director of Capital Markets and Investment Sales of Luxury Homes, respectively.
Prior to his appointment in Luxury Homes, Wong has marketed approximately one million square feet of GCB land valued at about $1b and sold 73 units of GCBs.
Meanwhile, Foo has 17 years of experience in the real estate industry and has spent 10 years focusing on serving High-Net-Worth Individuals in the ultra-luxury sector.
"GCB is a very niche market. In ERA, our forte is the residential sector, and we have a huge pool of ultra-high-net-worth individuals database. We see the potential in this sector and are extremely glad to have veterans in the GCB market like Mr. Wong and Ms. Foo joining us," Marcus Chu, CEO of APAC Realty and ERA Asia Pacific, said.
