Chart of the Day: Check out the condo projects with the highest leasing deals in Q2

CapitaLand’s D’Leedon topped the list with 194 transactions.

This chart from Savills shows that the five condo projects with the highest number of leasing transactions garnered a total of 842 deals in Q2.

CapitaLand’s D’Leedon at 7 Leedon Heights topped the list with 194 leasing transactions. Designed by award-winning architect Zara Hadid, the 36-storey petering condominium project recorded a median rent of $3.73 psf monthly.

This is followed by The Sail @ Marina Bay Sands with 190 deals, which has the most expensive median monthly rent amongst the five projects at $5.08 psf.

Frasers Property’s North Park Residences came in third with 158 deals, and has a median rent of $3.57 a month. ECO Properties’ eCO Condominium, which is located at Bedok South Avenue 3, recorded 154 new leasings with a median monthly rent of $3.16, the lowest amongst the five projects.

Rounding up the list is MCL Land’s J Gateway with 146 leasing transactions and a median rent of $4.45 psf monthly.
