Chart of the Day: Check out the condos with the most leasing deals in Q3

Half of the units from the most popular project have floor areas between 600-800 sqft.

This chart by Savills reveals that Lake Grande posted the highest leasing volume amongst condo projects in Q3, with 221 transactions. Since its completion, 304 units in the condo had been rented out by September, accounting for 42.8% of the total units. Almost half of the units have floor area ranging 600-800 sqft.

The Sail @ Marina Bay and D’Leedon followed with 186 and 185 leasing transactions, respectively. Other projects that became popular with tenants include High Park Residences at Fernvale Road and Botanique At Bartley at Upper Paya Lebar Road

Leasing volumes of private residential properties jumped 12.9% QoQ and 4.2% YoY to 26,998 completed leases in Q3.
