City Towers sold for $401.9m after four en bloc attempts

The property has 77 apartments units and a maisonette.

The collective sale of City Towers in Bukit Timah Road for $401.9m lead by Colliers International has been completed after obtaining a sale order from the High Court in May, according to a press release.

The District 10 freehold development was put on the market for the fourth time on 4 January 2018. The sale was announced a month after on 7 February.

Standing at 17 storeys, the City Towers comprised 77 units of apartments and maisonette, a penthouse unit and shop unit, with a land area of 104,531 sqft and proposed gross floor area of 219,516 sqft.

The property is located near Newton and Stevens MRT stations.
