Frasers Hospitality debuts in Taiwan with Fraser Residence Taipei

The new residential property will open in 2027.

Frasers Hospitality debuted in Taiwan with Fraser Residence Taipei, a premium serviced apartment co-developed with Taiwanese real estate developer Hongtai Group.

The development within the Prime Beitou district is near the Tianmu neighbourhood and surrounded by prestigious international schools and well-established medical institutions.

It also enjoys connectivity to various transport modes such as high-speed rail, trains, subways and bus routes.

Fraser Residence Taipei will provide over 200 suites with one- to three-bedroom layouts.

The property will also offer a range of amenities, including a restaurant, heated pool, fitness centre, yoga studio, meditation room, recreational facilities, meeting spaces, and a business centre.
