Lindeteves-Jacoberg appoints Andreas Schindler as Chairman

He is currently the CEO of ATB Austria Antriebstechnik AG.

The Board of Lindeteves-Jacoberg announced the appointment of Andreas Schindler as Chairman. The appointment of Mr Schindler as a Non-Independent and Non-Executive Director of the Company and Chairman of the Board was recommended by the Nominating Committee and approved by the Board, after taking into consideration of his qualification and experience.

At present, Mr Schindler, 41, is CEO of ATB Austria Antriebstechnik AG since July 2012. He is also Managing Director of Motorenwerke Subotica d.o.o. since October 2010, and Managing Director of ATB Antriebstechnik GmbH since February 2007, according to a Lindeteves-Jacoberg report.
