Popular Holdings appoints 2 Directors

David Chia Tian Bin and Desmond Wee Guan Oei have been named as Independent Directors.

The Board of Popular Holdings announced the appointment of David Chia Tian Bin and Desmond Wee Guan Oei as Directors.

Aside from being an Independent Director of the Company, Mr Chia, 56, will also be a member of Audit Committee and Remuneration Committee, according to a Popular Holdings report.

Meanwhile, Mr Wee, 42, will also be a member of Audit Committee and Nominating Committee.
