Dezign Format submits SGX catalist listing bid

The company has yet to determine the placement price.

Dezign Format has lodged a preliminary offer document to list its shares on the Singapore Exchange’s Catalist board.

According to its offer document, the group has three key business segments, including event, exhibition and decor services, commercial and retail fit-out, and immersive location-based entertainment and experiences.
