Kuehne + Nagel unveils 50,000 sqm logistics hub in Singapore

It’s the company’s largest investment outside Europe.

Transportation and logistics provider Kuehne + Nagel unveiled its 50,000 sqm Singapore Logistics Hub on Monday, 4 January.

According to a release by the company, the built-to-suit facility is Kuehne + Nagel’s largest investment outside Europe.

The Singapore Logistics Hub spans 46,000 sqm of warehousing space and offers standard freight and warehousing services. It also reportedly offers supply chain optimisation and value-chain transformation solutions. It also includes a Logistics Learning Hub which focused on driving talent development, training, and succession planning to support business growth.

“In a real life environment a collaborative platform between customers, industry partners, independent and Kuehne + Nagel experts implements and tests applied operations innovations. In this context supply chain efficiencies and working capital improvements are in the focus of the collaborative optimisation activities,” the company stated.
