Cougar Logistics names William Neo Yong Seng as General Manager

He will be the key person for the business development of the Company's subsidiaries.

The Board of Directors had reviewed the qualifications and experience of Mr William Neo and approved his appointment as the General Manager of the Company.

Mr Neo, 52, will be responsible for the business development of the Company's subsidiaries, growth and development of the Major Projects sector, overseeing the operations of the Group and investor relations activities, according to a Cougar Logistics report.

Before his appointment he was Corporate Representative of PT Nirmala Kencana MAS from 2008 to present. Prior this he was Chief Financial Officer of Grand Pacific Properties Limited from 2006 to 2008 and Director of AMG Global Group Inc Pte Ltd from 2006 to 2007.
