SBR Technology Excellence Awards 2023 Winner: Etiqa Insurance

Etiqa Insurance wins the AI-Financial Services award at the SBR Technology Excellence Awards 2023.

Etiqa Insurance launched the initiative, "Drive Less Save More", to reward customers for driving less and promote a greener environment. Recognising the rise in remote work and movement restrictions, the initiative aimed to reduce premiums for customers who drove fewer miles. With the use of AI, customers simply needed to capture a picture of their car's odometer and number plate, leaving the calculations to the automated system, thus minimising manual work.
