HDB resale prices dip 0.6% in July

This was despite the 1.8% uptick in resale volume.

The resale prices of HDB flats fell by 0.6% in July as more flats were sold.

According to the latest figures from the SRX property, only the resale prices of HDB 5 Rooms increased, up by a measly 0.1%. Meanwhile, resale prices for HDB 3 Rooms, HDB 4 Rooms, and HDB Executive decreased by 1.2%, 0.5%, and 0.8%, respectively.

These figures were in comparison to last month's data.

In terms of volume, there were 1,785 HDB resale flats sold in the month, a 1.8% increase from 1,753 transacted units in June.

Compared to last year, resale prices decreased by 1.6% whilst volume increased 12.2% compared to 1,591 units resold.
