Long lines are coming: Singapore telcos unveil offerings on Apple's new iPhone 7
The smartphone will arrive in the city-state in about a week.
Giant tech firm Apple finally unveiled the latest edition in the iPhone series. Dubbed as the “most advanced mobile,” iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus will hit Singapore on 16 September, and local telcos are already scrambling to get the first sale of the day.
Singtel have already launched pre-order forms online for iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus.
“Customers can pre-register for the iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus from 12pm, Thursday, 8 September,” Singtel’s announcement said.
StarHub is also hoping to benefit from the release of the water and dust resistant phone. The company opened its registration at 4:30pm today.
