COE Premium for small cars drops a measly $497 to $52,503

Premiums for motorcycles, goods vehicles, and buses also fell.

At the end of the first COE open bidding, premium for small cars barely declined.

Results released by the Land Transport Authority showed premium for Category A vehicles went down by only 0.94% to $52,503 compared to $53,000 in July this year.

The biggest drop was in Category C vehicles with 3.18% decrease to $48,302. Premium for motorcycles also dipped 1.52% to $6,206.

Both Category B and E vehicles increased by 0.68% to $57,903 and 1.22% to $58,201 respectively.
