COE premiums drop across the board in latest bidding exercise

Category A slumped to $52,301.

Certificate of Entitlement premiums dropped across the board in the first bidding exercise for July.

The premium for Category A cars dropped to $52,301, marking a drop of $2,899. Meanwhile, the premium for Category B cars dropped to $56,089.

The premium for the open category dropped by $1,388 to $56,002.

The drop came despite recent easing of car loan rules.

The COE premium for goods vehicles dropped to $47,889, while that for motorcycles dropped to $6,012.
