Wilmar International CEO boosts stake with 1 million share buy

He now owns a 14.07% stake in the company.

Wilmar International CEO Kuok Khoon Hong acquired 1,000,000 additional shares at the company.

Kuok acquired the shares through four companies where he has deemed interest. These companies are HPRY Holdings Limited, Longhlin Asia Limited, Hong Lee Holdings (Pte) Ltd, and Jaygar Holdings Limited.

The four companies acquired $250,000 shares each at an average price of $3.090 per piece.

Post-acquisition, Kuok now owns 878,273,035 shares or a 14.07% stake in the company.
