Koh Thong Hean, age 44, resigns from the Company to pursue another career oportunity.
His last day of service wih the Company will be 03 May 2011.
Koh Thong Hean oversees accounting, financial, taxation, investment and other financial matters of the Group.
Mr Cheong Yew Meng, the current Group Financial Controller, will oversee the finance function for the time being.
