ISDN Holdings appoints Ngai kok Hong as Chief Financial Officer

Ngai’s appointment coincided with Lim Bee Teng’s resignation as VP – Finance.

The Board of Directors of ISDN Holdings Ltd., having reviewed and considered Mr. Ngai's qualifications and working experience, approved the appointment of Mr. Ngai as Chief Financial Officer

The appointment is executive and responsible for the Group's accounting, finance, compliance, internal control, taxation and other related matters

Mr. Ngai, 50, has more than 20 years of working experience in corporate accounting and financial management. He held the Financial Controller position in several public-listed and private companies during the past ten years. He is a member of ACCA and ICPAS with a MBA from the University of Adelaide (Australia), according to an ISDN Holdings report. 

The Board also announced the resignation of Ms Lim Bee Teng as Vice President - Finance of the Company with effect from 30 September 2011.

The Board appreciates Ms Lim’s valuable contribution towards the Company during her tenure of office and wishes her well in her future endeavors.
