Nature Farm wins Food & Beverage Award at Malaysia National Business Awards 2021

The company’s move to modernise its business with state-of-the-art technology has allowed their business to expand exponentially.

From selecting reputable supply partners to delivering food that nourishes people and families, Nature Farm Enterprise Sdn Bhd’s goal is to offer a range of fresh produce that cater to all Malaysian shoppers. Nature Farm’s commitment to providing quality produce has allowed the company to push their boundaries even further.

Starting in 2018, the company has been managed by the founder's son, Mr Roy Sat, who encouraged a culture of innovation in the business. His aim was to modernise the entire organisation, and made sure that he took the feedback of his employees and customers in mind before making his decision.

With innovative ideas on hand, he decided to move Nature Farm to a new and much larger facility. This allowed them to grow their business and use state-of-the-art cold-room facilities to store their produce to help prolong their shelf-life.

The company also started to introduce Nature's Farm's own brand of fresh produce, and re-packing of fresh vegetables and fruits. The entire process—from receiving of imported and local produce, sorting, trimming, packing, and delivery of the finished products—were all done using the freshest ingredients that were harvested from reputable farms.

The company has also expanded their reach by launching Nature2U Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary that invested into their online business.

Nature2U's vision is to supply every one of their customers with the freshest, highest quality fruit, vegetables and groceries direct to their customer's home.

Nature Farm’s rigorous criteria when selecting farms and partner suppliers who share their vision of affordable quality, a dedicated and efficient logistics system, and a brand new, state-of-the-art storage facility that underscores their commitment to fast, fresh delivery, cements Nature Farm's reputation as one of the best in their industry.

Part of the success of Nature Farm has been in large part due to the quality of the brands they supply. The company believes that cooperation is infinitely more profitable than competition. The company not only carries its own brand, but also brings a selection of some internationally acclaimed premium brands like Dole, Driscoll, Marion’s Kitchen, Toh’s Daily, Pak Cu, Soy Asahi, etc in their business.

Through Nature2U, the company has also partnered up with the largest names in the industry including Grab, Foodpanda, Shopee, Lazada and Supply Bunny. With the COVID-19 pandemic limiting mobility and encouraging social distancing, these food delivery services have never been more relevant in helping the company reach their customers despite the crisis.
