CapitaLand acquires Cavendish

Cavendish owns the 230-unit hotel operated as The Cavendish London.

CapitaLand Limited announced that the acquisition of the entire issued share capital of The Cavendish Hotel (London) Limited by its wholly-owned subsidiary Ascott St James (Jersey) Limited from Ellerman Holdings Limited has been completed.

The Cavendish London will be transformed into a serviced residence to be named as “Ascott St James London”. Cavendish is now a wholly-owned subsidiary of CapitaLand.
