Hotel site at Kallang Riverside released

The precinct will have a wide range of uses developed within a park and riverfront setting.

The release of the second hotel site (Land Parcel B) is expected to facilitate and sustain the development momentum of Kallang Riverside as a new growth area, complementing the Sports Hub, which is scheduled for completion in 2014.

Land Parcel B has a site area of about 0.82 ha and will have a maximum permissible gross floor area of 22,948 sqm. It can potentially yield about 490 hotel rooms.

The site is in close proximity to expressways like Kallang-Paya Lebar Expressway, Pan-Island Expressway and East Coast Parkway.

The land parcel located along Kallang River is made available for application under the Reserve List of the 1st half 2011 (1H2011) Government Land Sales Programme.
