Oxley Holdings incorporates four new subsidiaries

The new subsidiaries are Ascendial Pte Ltd, Berri Pte Ltd, Maison Pte Ltd, and Totality Pte Ltd.

The Board of Directors of Oxley Holdings Limited announced that the company has incorporated four wholly-owned subsidiaries in Singapore, each with an initial issued and paid-up share capital of S$1.

When opportunities arise, according to the announcement, the subsidiaries will undertake new property development projects in line with the Group’s expansion plans.

The investments in the subsidiaries were funded by internal resources and are not expected to have any material impact on the net tangible assets per share or earnings per share of the Oxley Holdings for the current financial year ending 30 June 2013.
