Two strata office floors, Levels 16 and 23, at GB building at Cecil Street are put on sale for $11.9m and $12.7m respectively, a press release confirmed. The floors will be sold by way of expression of interest, closing on 28 July at 3pm.

Both levels have a strata area of 5,425 sqft each and feature a regular, column-free layout. The building is a 26-storey office development with a three-level basement car park. Level 16 is currently leased to multiple tenants, whilst Level 23 is to be sold with vacant possession. No stamp duty will be imposed on purchase for buyers or sellers.

The press release also confirmed that CBRE is entitled as the exclusive marketing agent for the sale.
