URA launches Robinson Road / Cecil Street site

The 0.29 ha commercial site can generate about 32,000 sqm of gross floor area.

At least 80% of the maximum permissible GFA of the proposed development is to be developed for office use. The remaining GFA can be developed for additional office or other permitted uses, such as retail, food and beverage uses. Residential use is not allowed.

The site, which has maximum building height of 35 storeys, is within walking distance to Tanjong Pagar MRT Station.

The tender will close at 12 noon on 20 September 2011.
