4 shophouses in mature HDB estates up for sale

Four two-storey shophouses in mature HDB estates of Bedok, Marine Parade and Ang Mo Kio have been launched for sale.

The assets’ marketing agent, Knight Frank, will conduct the sale via an expression of interest (EOI) exercise.

The tender will close on Monday, 23 October, at 3 PM.

The shophouses are located at Hougang Street 21, Bedok North Street 1, Marine Parade Central, and Ang Mo Kio Avenue 6.

Each shophouse measures 2,325 sq ft, 1,604 sq ft, 1,507 sq ft, and 1,593 sq ft, respectively.
