EGP Energy files for proposed SGX Mainboard IPO

UOB Kay Hian will be the sole bookrunner and underwriter.

EGP Energy Corporation Limited has lodged its preliminary prospectus with the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) for a proposed initial public offering (IPO) and listing on the Singapore Exchange Mainboard. 

The company plans to list ordinary shares on the bourse.

United Overseas Bank Limited and UOB Kay Hian Private Limited will serve as the joint issue managers for the IPO.

Meanwhile, UOB Kay Hian will also be the sole bookrunner and underwriter.

A prospectus in relation to the offering will be made available after it is registered by MAS. Investors who wish to subscribe for the shares must apply in the manner set out in the prospectus.

Once the offering is launched, the prospectus may be downloaded from the SGX-ST and MAS OPERA websites.

Physical copies may also be requested from United Overseas Bank or UOB Kay Hian, subject to availability during office hours.
