Ascendas-Singbridge buys A-grade building in Sydney for $270m

This brings its total Australian assets to $2.7b.

Ascendas-Singbridge Group (Ascendas-Singbridge) completed the acquisition of an A-Grade building at 66 Goulburn Street, Sydney for $270m (A$252m).

According to a press release, the building was bought from GDI Property Group. It is located in Sydney's Central Business District.

This expands Ascendas-Singbridge’s pan-Asian office portfolio to 325,000 sqm of office assets.

The firm's total assets under management (AUM) in Australia also hit $2.7b.
