Bukit Timah Plaza unit up for sale for $9.8m

It has a total strata area of approximately 3,391 square feet.

A prime restaurant-approved strata unit located in Bukit Timah Plaza’s basement is up for sale for $9.8m via an Expression of Interest closing on 19 March 2025, according to CBRE.

Facing the main central plaza of the complex, it has a 20-metre-wide frontage with a total strata area of approximately 3,391 square feet.

The plaza is surrounded by densely populated residential enclaves. It is also near several educational institutions, the Singapore Institute of Technology and the Singapore Institute of Management.

The asset was previously put up for sale at $11 million in Q3 2022. For this sale exercise, the price has been reduced to $2,890 per square foot.

The pricing is in line with the last two transactions located on Basement 2 of Bukit Timah Plaza which were sold at $3,000 psf and $2,973 psf in 2022.

Foreigners can purchase with no Additional Buyer’s Stamp Duty or Seller’s Stamp Duty imposed on the commercial property transaction.

A NOTE FROM SINGAPORE BUSINESS REVIEW

The people you want to reach are already in this room.

Every quarter, SBR lands on the desks of the founders, CFOs, and directors running Asia's most consequential companies. Every day, they open our newsletter and read our website. It's a room that took twenty years to build — and it's the one most of our partners are trying to get into.

The good news is that the door is open. We work with companies on thought leadership articles, sponsored content, industry summits across Southeast Asia, regional awards programmes, podcasts, and media placements in print and digital. The shape of the right partnership depends on what you're trying to do, which is why we'd rather start with a conversation than send a rate card.

If you have something this room should know about, tell us. We'll tell you honestly whether we can help, and how.

No rate cards until we understand the brief. It's a better use of everyone's time.
