The government is aiming for a "soft landing" for the housing market, said National Development Minister Khaw Boon Wan during the Committee of Supply debate in parliament on Tuesday, revealed media reports. View more here.

The tender for a 99-year leasehold residential site at Jurong West Street 41 (Parcel B) closed on Tuesday after attracting nine bidders, the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) said. View more here.

The government will roll out 4,000 two-room flats in 2015 and the quota for singles will be increased to 50 percent effective from the next Build-to-Order (BTO) exercise in May, according to National Development Minister Khaw Boon Wan. View more here.
