Five adjoining shophouses at Temple Street on sale via EOI

Edmund Tie & Company announced the sale of five adjoining three-storey conservation shophouses along Temple Street in Chinatown via an expression of interest (EOI).

The five shophouses collectively span a land area of approximately 6,017 sq ft.  It currently operates as a 42-key boutique hotel, The Inn at Temple Street, and holds a 999-year leasehold tenure.

The property is located near the Chinatown MRT Interchange and is surrounded by heritage landmarks, tourist attractions, dining establishments, and cultural institutions.

The property has a guide price of $90m. Zoned “Commercial”, it is eligible for retail, F&B, wellness concepts, hospitality, and office uses.

The EOI will close on Tuesday, 8 July at 3 pm.
