Samudera completes sale of MT Sinar Malahayati

The sale was completed under a memorandum of agreement dated 25 May 2026.

Samudera Shipping Line has completed the sale of the chemical tanker MT Sinar Malahayati.

The vessel was sold by Samudera Tankers Pte. Ltd. on 10 June 2026.

The company said the sale was completed in accordance with the terms and conditions of a memorandum of agreement dated 25 May 2026.

The announcement follows Samudera Shipping Line’s earlier disclosure on 3 June on the disposal of two chemical tankers, MT Sinar Malahayati and MT Sinar Mendawai.

The latest announcement only covers the completion of the sale of MT Sinar Malahayati.
