The submission of the expression of interest will close on 31 August at 3 pm.

A freehold retail podium at 183 Longhaus is for sale through an expression of interest with a guide price of $35.1m or around $3,109 per square foot (psf).

In a statement, Knight Frank Singapore said the retail podium spanning the ground floor and basement one can accommodate 10 shops and food and beverage units.

Measuring around 11,291 sf, the property has a wide frontage of around 50 metres dancing the Upper Thomson Road.

It is occupied by retail concept stores such as SOD cafe, Woodlands Sourdough, global fitness franchise F45 Training, and beef restaurant Kow King of Wagyu.

The 183 Longhaus property is a four-storey mixed-use development that also includes a retail podium.

Tania Ong, Senior Manager, of Capital Markets (Land & Building, International Real Estate) at Knight Frank Singapore said both locals and foreigners are eligible to buy the retail podium with no additional buyer’s stamp duty and seller’s stamp duty imposed on the transaction.

The submission of the expression of interest ends on 31 August at 3 pm.
