HDB sells mixed-use property at Tampines Street 94

This is seen to yield about 585 residential units.

The Housing and Development Board (HDB) has launched the mixed commercial and residential site at Tampines Street 94 for sale via public tender.

HDB said the property has a land area of 23,512 square metres (sq.m.) and a maximum gross floor area of 61,837 sq.m. The site is seen to yield up to 585 residential units.

The asset has a lease period of 99 years and is under the Confirmed List of 1st Half 2024 Government Land Sales Programme.

The tender for the sale site will close at 12:00 PM on Thursday, 19 September 2024.

HDB said the tender closing for the site will be batched together with another Urban Redevelopment Authority’s sale site at Media Circle, which was launched on 30 May 2024.

A NOTE FROM SINGAPORE BUSINESS REVIEW

The people you want to reach are already in this room.

Every quarter, SBR lands on the desks of the founders, CFOs, and directors running Asia's most consequential companies. Every day, they open our newsletter and read our website. It's a room that took twenty years to build — and it's the one most of our partners are trying to get into.

The good news is that the door is open. We work with companies on thought leadership articles, sponsored content, industry summits across Southeast Asia, regional awards programmes, podcasts, and media placements in print and digital. The shape of the right partnership depends on what you're trying to do, which is why we'd rather start with a conversation than send a rate card.

If you have something this room should know about, tell us. We'll tell you honestly whether we can help, and how.

No rate cards until we understand the brief. It's a better use of everyone's time.
