He is leaving to ‘pursue other opportunities’.

Kelvin Chow, CEO of Lendlease Global Commercial REIT has resigned, according to a company filing.

Chow will be replaced by Guy Alexander Cawthra starting 1 April.

Chow is said to be leaving to ‘pursue other opportunities’.

As CEO, Chow led the REIT manager team and oversaw the REIT’s business, including investment, asset management, finance, investor relations, and compliance.
