Office space prices fall further in Q2

Island-wide vacancy rate declined to 11.4% QoQ.

Prices of office space decreased by 1.1% in the second quarter of 2025, compared with the 0.2% decrease in the previous quarter, according to a URA report.

Meanwhile, rentals of office space decreased by 0.3% quarter-on-quarter during the period.  

There was a total supply of about 868,000 square metres of gross floor area of office space in the pipeline, increasing QoQ.

Moreover, the amount of occupied office space increased by 9,000 sq. m. compared with the decrease of 1,000 sq. m.

Further, office space decreased by 18,000 sq. m. during the period resulting in an island-wide vacancy rate declined to 11.4% QoQ.
