Ten largest real estate development stocks outshine peers with 5% price gain

They're the best performer in the Financials sector.

The ten largest capitalised Real Estate Management and Development stocks averaged a 5.5% gain in the year thus far, making it the best performing industry in the Financials sector.

Data from the SGX show that the ten largest names in this industry are Keppel Land, Frasers Centrepoint, Wheelock, Sinarmas Land, GuocoLand, Yanlord Land, Fragrance Group, Oxley Holdings, Wing Tai, and Ho Bee Land.

Keppel Land recorded the biggest gain, with its price rising 33.3% year-to-date. This was followed by Sinarmas Land, whose share price gained 20.5% year-to-date.

The industry's worst performer is Yanlord Land, whose share price has slipped 10.1% year-to-date.
