Ascendas Real Estate Investment Trust appoints Low Mei Lian as Head, Reporting & Corporate Services

The Company considered her qualification and working experience fit as suitable replacement for Chae Meng Kern.

The Board of Ascendas Real Estate Investment Trust announced the appointment of Low Mei Lian as Head, Reporting & Corporate Services.

Ms Chae Meng Kern, the current Head, Reporting and Corporate Services, will be taking on a part-time role due to competing time commitments. The Board had considered Ms Low's qualification and working experience, and determined Ms Low as the suitable replacement for the position of Head, Reporting and Corporate Services of Ascendas Funds Management (S) Limited, as Manager of A-REIT.

Ms. Low will be responsible for accounting, financial reporting and analysis, taxation and corporate services, according to an Ascendas REIT report.

In the past Ms. Low was the Senior Finance Manager of Cambridge Industrial Trust Management Limited from September 2007 to November 2011. Prior to this, she was Regional Financial Controller & Company Secretary of Stevetay Pte Ltd from January 2006 to August 2007 and Group Financial Controller of Eng Wah Organization Limited from March 1997 to December 2004.
