Victor Mills
Victor Mills is the Chief Executive of the Singapore International Chamber of Commerce. He brings with him 30 years of organisational and professional experience from the financial services industry. Mr Mills is a member of the Singapore Institute of Directors and of the Singapore Institute of International Affairs. A Singapore Permanent Resident for over 20 years, he became a Singapore citizen in 2012. Mr Mills holds a B.A. (Hons) degree in History from the New University of Ulster and an MA in Area Studies from the University of London.
