Manish Shah is the Vice President for Southeast Asia Customer Engagement Solutions at Verint Systems. He is a highly regarded and respected senior business leader in the Asia Pacific region with more than 30 years of business technology, customer engagement, and management experience.
Since joining Verint 18 years ago as the first employee in the APAC region, Manish has been instrumental in expanding Verint’s multi-fold growth by winning enterprise customers in Telco, BFSI and BPO verticals in ASEAN and South Asian countries. Under his leadership, Verint Southeast Asia has established itself as an absolute leader in the region’s Customer Engagement Optimisation and now has more than 70 staff across the region.

Mao Gen is currently the Head of Southeast Asia for Qualtrics, who is the leader in experience management software, allowing organisations to measure, prioritise, and optimise the experiences organisations provide across the four foundations of business: customer, product, employee and brand experiences. Mao Gen is based in Singapore, which is the Qualtrics head quarters for the Southeast Asia region. Mao Gen's responsibility is to establish and grow Qualtrics across this region.

Marc Anley is Deloitte Southeast Asia’s Forensic Leader. He specialises in the Financial Services Industry and advises clients on risk and regulatory matters. He has worked extensively on financial crime related projects, including large anti-money laundering and financial crime reviews. Marc was recently involved in the campaign between Deloitte Southeast Asia and South Africa to combat financial crime in wildlife trafficking.
Kalyani Vasan
Kalyani Vasan is the Financial Crime Compliance Leader for Deloitte Southeast Asia. She specialises in providing financial crime compliance advice and support to banks, payment service providers, digital banks, and virtual asset service providers in the Southeast Asian region. Kalyani has extensive experience designing and implementing enterprise-wide and product risk assessment frameworks, drafting and implementing financial crime compliance policies and procedures, as well as process mapping and re-engineering in financial institutions.
