Lynne Roeder is Managing Director of Hays in Singapore. She has over 17 years of experience within the recruitment industry across the UK, Australia, and Asia. Prior to relocating to Singapore, Lynne was Regional Director of Hays in Australia, where she managed teams across the country in many specialisms.

Madanjit Singh

Madanjit Singh is the Managing Director for South East Asia at SAP Concur where he has general management responsibilities for accelerating business growth, driving sales, building partner ecosystem, and managing client experiences across South East Asian countries.

A veteran of the IT industry, Madanjit has over 25 years of experience. Prior to joining Concur, Madanjit had regional P&L experience throughout Asia Pacific & Japan, across diverse business of Cloud services, Enterprise software sales and support, and IT equipment leasing to the financial services sector with Teradata (Big Data Analytics), Citigroup equity ventures (Polaris FT), ING Bank Group, India, and long innings with Hewlett-Packard Company.

Madanjit holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics from St. Stephen's College, India and an Executive MBA, General Management from University Of South Australia.

Malina Platon

Malina is the Managing Director, Strategic Accounts, APAC at UiPath, the leading Robotics Process Automation (RPA) provider. In her role she helps companies across the region explore innovative RPA approaches, delivering cost savings and productivity gains across their businesses. Malina has been integral to UiPath’s expansion in ASEAN, from setting up offices in Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, the Philippines, and South Korea, to hiring staff and providing strategic oversight of operations.

UiPath works with regional clients and partners from KPMG to SMBC Bank, helping them save millions of man hours thanks to its best-in- class automation solutions.

Manan Sagar

Manan Sagar is the CEO at Lockton Singapore. A Chartered Accountant by qualification and a Lean practitioner, his expertise includes mergers and acquisitions, organizational restructuring, and risk management.

Maneesh Sah

Maneesh is a regional marketing director for a global professional services company and also the Asia Pacific advisory board member in Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) Council. He has lived in Singapore for over 10 years, has travelled extensively across Asia, the Pacific, and the Middle East, and contributed to the success of many diverse teams in the B2B space. In 2011, he received Brand Leadership Award for Excellence in Branding & Marketing conferred by CMO Asia.

Manikandan Thangaraj

Manikandan Thangaraj is Vice President at ManageEngine, the enterprise IT division of Zoho Corp, and has been with the company for over 20 years.

During Zoho’s journey from being a bootstrapped startup to becoming an enterprise software company, Manikandan has been instrumental in building solutions for some of the industry's most complex challenges like cybersecurity, identity and access management, cloud, and the Microsoft ecosystem.

Currently, he spearheads a dynamic team of passionate engineers, marketing experts, solutions consultants, and product managers—all IT enthusiasts at heart, committed to changing the status quo of major business challenges with an intuitive and solution-centric approach.

Manish Shah

Manish Shah is the Vice President for Southeast Asia Customer Engagement Solutions at Verint Systems. He is a highly regarded and respected senior business leader in the Asia Pacific region with more than 30 years of business technology, customer engagement, and management experience.

Since joining Verint 18 years ago as the first employee in the APAC region, Manish has been instrumental in expanding Verint’s multi-fold growth by winning enterprise customers in Telco, BFSI and BPO verticals in ASEAN and South Asian countries. Under his leadership, Verint Southeast Asia has established itself as an absolute leader in the region’s Customer Engagement Optimisation and now has more than 70 staff across the region.

Manish is passionate about digital transformation, analytics, and automation and is often invited to speak on BPO, Shared Services, Customer Experience and Customer Engagement. His expertise and insights is sought after by clients, IT and technology professionals, the media and other industry influencers.

Mao Gen Foo

With 20 years of experience in the IT industry, Mao Gen Foo has worked with many clients across industries in Asia to help solve business challenges leveraging IT solutions.

Mao Gen is currently the Head of Southeast Asia for Qualtrics, who is the leader in experience management software, allowing organisations to measure, prioritise, and optimise the experiences organisations provide across the four foundations of business: customer, product, employee and brand experiences. Mao Gen is based in Singapore, which is the Qualtrics head quarters for the Southeast Asia region. Mao Gen's responsibility is to establish and grow Qualtrics across this region.  

Marc Anley and Kalyani Vasan

Marc Anley

Marc Anley is Deloitte Southeast Asia’s Forensic Leader. He specialises in the Financial Services Industry and advises clients on risk and regulatory matters. He has worked extensively on financial crime related projects, including large anti-money laundering and financial crime reviews. Marc was recently involved in the campaign between Deloitte Southeast Asia and South Africa to combat financial crime in wildlife trafficking.

Kalyani Vasan

Kalyani Vasan is the Financial Crime Compliance Leader for Deloitte Southeast Asia. She specialises in providing financial crime compliance advice and support to banks, payment service providers, digital banks, and virtual asset service providers in the Southeast Asian region. Kalyani has extensive experience designing and implementing enterprise-wide and product risk assessment frameworks, drafting and implementing financial crime compliance policies and procedures, as well as process mapping and re-engineering in financial institutions.
