Prior to moving to Singapore in 2011 Mark had 11 years of experience in ratings covering developed and developing markets at Fitch based in London. Matt Collette
Matt Collette has more than ten years of digital marketing, communications, and event management experience across both the private and public sectors in Asian markets such as China, India, and South East Asia. He currently serves as a Director for Regional Digital Strategy with Zeno Group Asia in Singapore. Prior to joining Zeno, Matt served as an Account Director at H-Line Ogilvy in Beijing and also worked for Edelman in Hong Kong where he was an Associate Account Director.
Matt Spriegel
Matt Spriegel is the Founder and CEO of Atiom, a Singapore-founded behavioural change and frontline enablement platform for the hospitality sector established in 2017.
In 2009, he moved to China to study Mandarin, beginning a cross-industry career spanning education, advertising, and healthcare across Asia. During this time, he observed that many organisations still relied on outdated approaches to workforce training and frontline engagement, inspiring him to build a more effective alternative.
Under his leadership, Atiom has developed an AI-powered, gamified platform designed to improve service excellence, operational efficiency, and daily performance for frontline teams. Matt regularly speaks on workforce transformation, hospitality innovation, and the future of human-first service operations.
Matthew Driver
Matthew is currently executive vice president and head of services for Mastercard in Asia Pacific responsible for the development and management of Mastercard’s services portfolio including Mastercard Advisors Consulting, Data & Analytics, Test&Learn, Loyalty, Managed Services, Innovation Management, as well as Cyber and Intelligence, Fraud & Risk Solutions.
