Matt Spriegel
Matt Spriegel is the Founder and CEO of Atiom, a Singapore-founded behavioural change and frontline enablement platform for the hospitality sector established in 2017.
In 2009, he moved to China to study Mandarin, beginning a cross-industry career spanning education, advertising, and healthcare across Asia. During this time, he observed that many organisations still relied on outdated approaches to workforce training and frontline engagement, inspiring him to build a more effective alternative.
Under his leadership, Atiom has developed an AI-powered, gamified platform designed to improve service excellence, operational efficiency, and daily performance for frontline teams. Matt regularly speaks on workforce transformation, hospitality innovation, and the future of human-first service operations.
