Sean is a cybersecurity expert with over five years’ experience in the field specialising in malware analysis and threat hunting. As the Head of Threat Analysis at Darktrace, Sean oversees the cybersecurity analyst team in Asia Pacific and Japan (APJ). He also works with strategic customers to help them investigate and respond to threats.
Prior to his current role, Sean was with the Singapore’s national defense research agency - DSO National Laboratories - working on various cybersecurity projects. He holds a Bachelor of Computing (Information Systems) from the National University of Singapore (NUS) and taught Computer Science modules during his undergraduate studies.
