Sebastien WALKER is currently Head of Business Development – Mixed use and Real Estate at ENGIE South East Asia, part of the ENGIE Group, one of the largest independent power producers in the world and a leader in energy efficiency services worldwide.
ENGIE partners with and assists large corporations, businesses and local governments in meeting their energy needs with affordable, reliable and sustainable solutions as-a-service. Sebastien oversees business development activities across Singapore, Malaysia, the Philippines and Australia to support and accelerate the journey towards carbon neutrality in the real estate sector.
Prior to this appointment, Sebastien was in charge of managing a portfolio of operating energy production assets. He also worked on the development of new and existing district energy schemes in France. Sebastien is an experienced strategy consultant for the energy sector, skilled in helping
companies navigate the sector’s permutations and bringing new ideas to the market.
He holds a Master’s Degrees in Political Science and Business Administration, as well as a PostMaster’s Degree in Energy Management from Mines Paristech and Tsinghua University

Shahid Nizami
Shahid Nizami is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in tech sales leadership and general management. Currently serving at Braze as the APAC VP for Braze, he is responsible for Braze’s business across the APAC and GCC region.
With a strong focus on building high-performing teams and fostering a culture of accountability, Shahid has been instrumental in driving strategic initiatives that enhance customer engagement and satisfaction at Braze, such as the launch of Australia and Indonesia data centres in 2025.
Shahid Nizami
Shahid Nizami is the Managing Director for Asia Pacific at HubSpot. Based in the company’s APAC HQ in Singapore, Shahid is responsible for HubSpot’s performance across Southeast Asia, Australia, New Zealand and India, and will be based in HubSpot’s Singapore office, working closely with the teams based in both Singapore and Sydney.
Before joining HubSpot, Shahid led the Account Management business for Google Cloud in APAC where he managed a team spread across six different locations, achieving unparalleled results. Before Google, he held several leadership positions at Oracle and has developed a remarkably deep understanding of the APAC market.
Shahid is particularly passionate about HubSpot’s culture. The company’s renowned Culture Code was a huge influence in his decision to join the company, and his personal mission as Managing Director in APAC is to make HubSpot the best place to work in the region.
Shashank Dixit
Shashank Dixit is a successful entrepreneur and currently the CEO of Deskera Open Source. He went to Indian Institute of Technology in India and during his last year he conceptualised the idea of building an open source software company that would serve millions of SMEs in the world. It took Shashank eight years to build from that idea to Deskera.
