China Oilfield appoints Xu Zhehui as Chief Financial Officer

She has been the CFO of the PRC subsidiaries of the Company since July 2006.

The Board of China Oilfield announced the appointent of Xu Zhehui as Chief Financial Officer after it has reviewed and considered the qualifications and work experience of Ms Xu. The Board is also of the view that Ms Xu is suitable for the position of Chief Financial Officer, following the resignation of Mr Li Yuan, as the Financial Controller of the Company on 11 July 2011. Ms Xu has been the chief financial officer of the PRC subsidiaries of the Company since July 2006. 

Ms Xu, 49, will be responsible for the financial and accounting functions of the Group, according to a China Oilfield report.

Ms. Xu has been a Chief financial officer of PRC subsidiaries of the Company from Jul 2006 to present, Prior to this, she was Head of finance department and assistant supervisor of audit department, Daqing Zhongqing Audit Firm from Dec 1998 to Jun 2006.
