Magnus Energy Group appoints Luke Ho Khee Yong as Chief Financial Officer

He will be in charge of the Group's finance, tax, treasury, insurance, capital management.

The Board of Directors approved the appointment of Mr Luke Ho Khee Yong as Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary of the Company, upon recommendation of the Nominating Committee for appointment after a review of his qualifications and work experience.

Mr Ho, 36, will be responsible for for all matters relating to the Group's finance, tax, treasury, insurance, capital management, risk management, and general management of the subsidiaries as well as compliance issues, according to a Magnus Energy Group report.

He was Senior Vice President - Group Finance & Operations and Joint Company Secretary of Asiasons WFG Financial Ltd. from Oct 2011 to Jun 2012. Before this he was Company Secretary (Jun 2010 to Sep 2011) and Chief Financial Officer (Sep 2009 to Sep 2011) of Magnus Energy Group Ltd.
