NEL Group appoints Mohd Daud Bin Ishak as Director
The company sees his experience as businessman as welcome contribution.
The Board of NEL Group announced the appointment of Mohd Daud Bin Ishak as Director. The Board of Directors (the "Board") has reviewed his qualifications and experience and, with the recommendation of the nominating committee, is of the view that based on his working experience, he will be able to contribute positively to the Company.
Mr. Mohd Daud Bin Ishak, 37, is a businessman with trading operations in Malaysia, according to a NEL Group report.
