Swissco Holdings appoints Geoffrey Yeoh Seng Huat as Director
He is also a Nominating Committee Chairman, Renumeration Committee Chairman and Audit Committee Member.
The Board of Swissco Holdings announced the appointment of Geoffrey Yeoh Seng Huat as Director. Upon the recommendation of the Nominating Committee, the Board, approved Mr Yeoh’s appointment as an Independent Director based on his qualifications and experience, according to a Swissco Holdings report.
Mr Yeoh, 55, is Executive Director, Jasper Investments Ltd from 2006 to Present. Prior to this he was Executive Director, Econ International Limited from 1996 to 2005.
